How do I get an IVA?

You can contact our IVA helpline and we will draw up the IVA application for you. We will work out how much you can reasonably afford to pay back each month. We will then contact all of the people you owe money to (banks, credit card companies etc) and ask them to accept that this single monthly payment (shared between them) is a sensible solution.
When the proposed IVA application is accepted by your creditors you simply make the agreed monthly payments for a fixed period of time, usually 5 years.
After this time your remaining debts are cancelled and you are debt free.
